1. Warranty Policy Regulations
- Warranty covers defects or technical malfunctions caused by the manufacturer within the warranty period and supports repair of damages occurring during normal usage.
- Warranty is non-transferable between products or customers.
- The warranty period is calculated from the purchase date shown on the purchase or exchange document.
- Free warranty applies if the product has manufacturing defects, is not damaged by external factors, and has not been previously repaired elsewhere.
2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
- Accessories: broken, lost, worn out, or damaged due to environmental factors.
- Products that are too old (leather/fabric and soles deteriorated, glue/stitching not functional, missing replaceable accessories).
- Damage caused by usage: tears, scratches, stretching, overloading, mold, stains, discoloration from sweat or rain.
- Products without purchase proof, deformed, or discounted items.
- Products previously repaired elsewhere.

4. Shipping Fees for Warranty
- If customers send products for warranty to a showroom or customer service center, please call the hotline 1800 6226 or the showroom hotline for guidance and support.
- For warranty cases covered by policy: Aristino bears any shipping fees incurred.
- For warranty cases outside the policy: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
