- Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping provider. You can track your order status in your account under "My Orders".
- Online orders are delivered without in-person inspection (no-check-before-receive). Please ensure the product is intact upon delivery.
- All customers, whether paying online or upon delivery, are eligible for exchanges and returns according to Aristino's policy.

- Orders placed after 17:30 will be confirmed on the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- For shipments handled by K&G using third-party partners (Grab, Viettel Post, GHN, GKTK, Tiki Now, etc.), customers are advised to review and comply with the relevant privacy and security terms.
