1. Exchange Conditions
- Products must have original tags and be unused.
- Products must have technical defects (not caused by external impact or misuse).
- Products damaged during shipping, with proof (video or photo upon receipt), or received incorrect item code.
2. Exchange Fees
- Exchanges under the policy: Free of charge.
- Exchanges requested outside the policy or for a second exchange: Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees (if applicable).

3. Exchange Notes
- If the main product is exchanged but the promotional item has been used or is not intact, Aristino reserves the right to refuse the exchange or deduct the value of the promotional item according to usual discount rates.
- If exchanging for a new product with equivalent promotion but the promotional item has been used, Aristino will only exchange the main product.
- For exchanges of the same type/model, if the customer’s product does not meet box or accessory conditions, Aristino will exchange only the product itself, not the packaging or accessories.
- For underwear purchased online: Exchanges are not applicable.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 days for payments made via bank transfer or credit card, in cases of customer cancellation or out-of-stock items.
